Gibbs International, Inc. began buying and selling spare parts for textile machines in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA.


Gibbs purchased its first spinning mill and began selling pre-owned textile machines, in addition to spare parts.


Construction of the new headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina –with executive offices and extensive warehouse space.


Gibbs International, Inc. opened offices in Germany and Mexico to service its growing business in those regions.


The Company began real estate investments with the purchase of two complete textile mills in the United States.


Opened a new office in Thailand, to be able to provide immediate service to customers on the eastern hemisphere.

Mid 2010

Began a strategic partnership with Albatros Energy, for the development of energy projects around the world.

End of 2010

Green Holdings America was incorporated to develop projects that convert greenhouse gases into a valuable and sustainable revenue stream.


Konservia, LLC was co-founded by Gibbs International, Inc. and Skybridge Management to facilitate natural gas transactions.


Gibbs saw the creation of Gibbs International Asia, Ltd. to develop investment opportunities in the greater China and Asian regions.

Today, Gibbs International conducts business in over 90 countries around the globe.
